What are Website Profiles?

Website profiles allow you to save information commonly entered when submitting websites to directories (such as the title of the site, its URL, keywords, etc.) and automatically fill link submission forms with that information.

How do I create a website profile?

First, you need to log in to your account (Don't have an account? Create one for free!). Click the "Manage your websites" link from the left sidebar. You should see a list of all of the websites you currently manage on OneWayTextLink.com. You can edit the profile for a site by clicking the "edit profile" link next to it. Fill out the information you would like saved for this site's profile, then click "Update Profile" to save your changes.

How do I use website profiles?

When you open a website from the "Free Web Directories" or "Paid Web Directories" listings, the profile information for your website(s) will be visible in the left sidebar. This sidebar will also allow you to automatically fill in the directory's link submission page with your website profile information. Here's how:

  1. On the directory page, navigate to the link submission form.
  2. Select the website you want to submit from the "Website" dropdown list in the left sidebar.
  3. Click the "Fill from Profile" button to automatically transfer the website's profile information to the link submission form.
  4. Fill in any other fields that weren't included in the profile or failed to transfer correctly. (If a profile field didn't transfer or did so incorrectly, you can select it from the sidebar and use copy/paste to fix the problem.)
  5. Click the directory site's "submit" button. That's it!
